All IKMF(UK) Instructors
have to complete and pass the official Instructors Course. The course itself is 24 days (180 hours) of intensive training, with a day of tests and exams at the end. The course is put together by the International Krav Maga federation and the Israeli Ministry of Education (Wingate Institute).
The IKMF is probably one of the only Martial Arts in the World that offers professional Instructors with a Government backed qualification.
This ensures that students receive professional coaching and a high level of instruction with excellent quality control systems in place with the Federation itself and the Wingate Institute for Physical Education & Sport.
